Returns & Refunds policy
Purpose
This policy explains how I Swim Safe handles returns, repairs, replacements and refunds. Our policy applies to purchases made in-store or online at iswimsafe.com for our waterproof swimming and water safety flashcards.
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
If your products have been damaged in transit or you experience water seepage, you may be entitled to have the goods replaced, in part or in whole, depending on the damage. This will be handled within a reasonable time.
In order to exercise your right of a refund or exchange, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement to request a return or exchange. We'll provide you with details and instructions.
You'll get a full refund, minus any shipping costs, once we receive and process your return. - If you'd like to exchange the product, we'll process the exchange upon receiving your returned item. - You'll be responsible for return shipping costs.
Change Of Mind - We do not offer a refund or exchange if you change your mind.
Faulty Or Not As Described
If an item is faulty, unsafe, or not as described, please contact us within a 14 days with your order number, description of the issue and photos (if applicable). You will be offered a refund or replacement. For minor failures, we will repair or replace within a reasonable time.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product is faulty.
Services, Bookings and Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please notify us 24 hours in advance. A reasonable cancellation fee may apply for late cancellations or no-shows, where permitted by law.
Sale Items, Bundles and Gifts
For bundle purchases, partial returns will be valued proportionately. Gift cards and store credit are valid until the expiry date listed on the product and in line with Australian gift card rules.
Proof Of Purchase
We accept original receipt, tax invoice, bank statement, order confirmation email as proof of purchase. We are unable to issue a refund without proof of payment or received return delivery.
Gifts / Gift voucher
If the goods were purchased as a gift and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. The product
If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
